Nicole started her career with a major international broker-dealer where she sat on a Fixed Income sales desk. After three years, she decided to move into the staffing industry and started as a recruiter but quickly moved into business development. One of the founding partners of Phyton Talent Advisors, Nicole brings 18 years of experience in both career counseling and sales with a focus on Financial Services dedicated to Investment Banks, Broker-Dealers, Hedge Funds and software firms. Some areas of focus include Operations, Compliance/Legal, Human Resources, Risk, Sales/Business Development and Project Management on both a permanent and contract basis. Nicole’s approach is very personal, with a constant focus on honesty and integrity. When partnering with clients to find top talent, she focuses on the intangibles that others might overlook in order to find the best fit. Her clients value her as a strategic partner.

She was born and raised in New York City and graduated from St. John’s University, Tobin School of Business, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Nicole gets frequent requests to impersonate Kristen Wiig, is terrified of clowns, has the eating habits of an 8 year old and aspires to become a bubble soccer champion.
