Matt Wojciak is an accomplished producer in the solutions, direct hire, and temporary staffing space. He is a result oriented, client management professional with a strong track record of sales growth and client management.

Matt is originally a native of Ohio growing up outside of Cleveland but now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. He holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Akron, and has experience in both public and private accounting before getting into the staffing Industry. He has over 9 years of experience providing consultative sales to meet resource needs for the growing market place.

Matt Started his career at Robert Half where he was a top producer for four years prior to joining Randstad Professionals where he won the Sales Excellence award for Q3 2013. After leaving Randstad Matt helped start up a small boutique Accounting and Finance staffing firm in the Charlotte area before coming to Phyton in January of 2017.

Matt received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Akron.
