Jorge Santiago is a staffing professional with 20 years in the business. He currently is the Managing Director of Corporate Services with Phyton Talent Advisors, where he manages a team of recruiters who place administrative professionals. A former minor league baseball player for the New York Mets and graduate from Marist College, Jorge found his passion for staffing by a chance encounter in 1998 and hasn’t looked back.

He has worked for agencies including The Goodkind Group, Strategic Workforce Solutions, Addison Search, Corporate Resource Services and the Forum Group. When he’s not matching top talent with high profile firms, Jorge enjoys spending his time with his wife, a fellow recruiter, and his two sons.
