Casey brings over 15 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry, with a strong background spanning all areas of support, most recently focused on business operations and human resources. Since joining Phyton in 2015, she has taken on a variety of roles, primarily within business and people operations, supporting both internal employees and the contingent workforce, and ensuring that our values and culture remain central to the employee experience.

Casey’s diverse background allows her to understand and anticipate the needs of both the business and the people she supports, making her a trusted partner across the organization. In her new role, she is excited to support HR and the broader business for both LevelUP and Phyton, helping drive alignment and a unified culture across our brands.

Casey holds a Master of Arts in Business Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the University of South Florida.
