National Mentoring Month 2022

This January marked the 20th annual National Mentoring Month, a campaign aimed at expanding quality mentoring opportunities and raising awareness about the power of relationships. At Phyton Talent Advisors we were proud to be apart of this program and offer a mentoring program to our team members to improve confidence, communication skills, goal-setting, organizational skills and so much more.

We surveyed our Mentors and Mentees that participated in the program and wanted to share their amazing feedback below:

Mentoring programs in the workplace leverage existing resources and key personnel to help employees grow and thrive. Our mentorship program has shown to improve the progress and growth of our employees and create an open, inviting culture.
