As a Managing Director, Tony directs the temporary/contract-to-hire staffing team for the Financial Services, Accounting and Finance, Legal, Compliance and Technology practice. With over a decade of leadership in the industry, he has experience developing and managing temporary recruitment teams and an in-depth knowledge of the strategic challenges of the temporary staffing market throughout the US. Formally heading the banking operation, tax, audit, risk, HR and office support staffing practice for a global recruitment firm he has gained the reputation for someone who is able to lead, manage and develop successful staffing teams. Tony has since worked with business leaders in industries ranging from Financial Services, Media, Insurance, Non-Profit, Legal, Construction, Technology, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products industries.

Tony was born and raised in New York City and received his Bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University where upon graduating became the sole proprietor of 3 successful businesses before starting his second career in the staffing industry.
