I am currently the Office Manager at Phyton NYC. I support our CFO Mike Walsh and the Partners. I am responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

Time management is my main productivity trick. As an office manager, every day is different for me. I encounter so different issues and situations. Being able to identify which task are more important than others has been a crucial part of my ability to complete tasks.

What’s the worst job you’ve ever had, and what did you learn from it?

The worst job I’ve ever had was working in retail! I am the type of shopper who likes to be left alone. But as a retail employee, it was my job to ask every customer if they needed help! Although working in retail was one of the worst jobs I’ve had, I learned how to be patient. I met so many people with different ethnicities and different personalities in which I learned how to communicate with people on a personal level.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

As a kid, I wanted to be an astronaut. I was fascinated with astronomy. My dad bought two telescopes, a big one for him and a small one for me. I spent a lot of time stargazing with him and I always wondered what life was like in outer space.

Who inspires you?

My parents are my inspiration. I’ve always admired how determined and strong willed they are. They made an impulsive decision to leave Trinidad to come to NY to provide a better life for my brother and me.

What’s something you’ve done, but will never do again?

I skydived 18,000 ft in the air. It was an amazing experience and the only reason why I won’t do it again is because I want to experience other thrills.

Are you an early bird or a night owl?

I am an early bird!! I enjoy exercising in the morning before work. I feel energized and ready for the day.

What are you passionate about?

Ever since I’ve became a personal trainer, there’s something special about training people and seeing their progress that gives me satisfaction. I am passionate about helping others finding true confidence and becoming a better version of themselves.

What’s your favorite movie?

I am a huge fan of Capote! My favorite movie is Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I fell in love with Audrey Hepburn, as the character she played was a girl who is spunky, eloquent, knows how to stand her ground and get what she thinks she wants.

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

I would want the ability to teleport. I am very adventurous, and love to travel. It would be amazing to be anywhere in the world with a snap of my fingers!

If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?

I would trade places with Elon Musk. I think he is an extremely intelligent person. I would love to see what day in his shoes looks like.
