NEW YORK, March 30, 2021 — Phyton Talent Advisors, a leading talent and recruitment firm, today announced it has hired two experienced leaders within the talent industry to support new clients and expand services to existing customers. Phyton’s newest team members, Ashley Boullé and Eric Baumgardner, will further strengthen the company’s proven talent service offerings and meet geographic demand in the Southeastern United States.

• Ashley Boullé is a seasoned talent professional bringing more than 15 years of experience. Boullé has an outstanding track record of leading transformative staffing and recruitment solutions for a diverse set of verticals. Boullé began her career at Employbridge as a recruiter and progressively moved into an Area Director role overseeing all Central and Western Florida. Following Employbridge, Boullé was Managing Director for the professional division of Adecco overseeing permanent and contract placements with a focus on accounting/finance, human resource, supply chain, non-clinical healthcare and office administration. Boullé joins Phyton as a managing director and is responsible for growth in and around the Florida market.
• Eric Baumgardner brings nearly a decade of experience in the IT and technical staffing industry. Prior to joining Phyton, Baumgardner built and operated a startup technical staffing company that served clients across the country. During his tenure, the company experienced considerable growth and in 2020 they earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list as one of America’s fastest growing private companies. With experience delivering talent and workforce solutions across multiple industry, Baumgardner is well equipped to assess, design and create staffing and recruitment solutions for organizations. Baumgardner, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, will be focused on expanding Phyton’s footprint of talent advisory services in the southeast.
