Meet The Team – Daniela Tsudik
What do you do at Phyton Talent Advisors?
I am an Executive Recruiter and Account Manager – I focus on recruitment for contract and direct hire placements and oversee multiple strategic accounts to ensure clients are provided optimal candidates.
What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Organization! Being organized eliminates the time suck that searching for lost items inevitably causes and provides more time spent focusing on the right things (AKA profitability)
What’s the worst job you’ve ever had, and what did you learn from it?
If I had to pick the worst job I have ever had, it would probably be back when I was in high school, working for a café where the manager often scheduled me to work last minute shifts with no assistance. I was left alone to handle all of the cleaning without any equipment/materials due to staff frequently not showing up for their shifts.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I dreamed of becoming an Art Teacher – I had a positive experience in school and looked up to my teachers (specifically a few of my art/photography teachers). I enjoyed learning about the fundamentals of how to draw/paint/photograph as well as the opportunity to utilize my creativity.
Who inspires you?
I find inspiration in a variety of people but I would have to say that the person who has most greatly inspired me has been my mother. She always had a smile on her face, remained calm in any situation and she loved her family unconditionally. She was well respected in her field as a CFO of a large commercial real estate firm (predominately male) and always taught me to hold myself accountable both professionally and personally. I try to live like she did, as much as I can.
What’s something you’ve done, but will never do again?
I was convinced by a friend of mine to do a heated infrared body wrap at a Spa (designed to help lose weight supposedly)…. As I was laying in a pool of my own sweat and regret for 45 minutes in the dark. I came to the realization that I had just paid $150 to be wrapped up in an overly heated blanket/my very own version of hell… Do not recommend!
Are you an early bird or a night owl?
Early bird – I enjoy productivity in the mornings and having the evenings to unwind/relax.
What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about art. Since childhood, I loved visiting museums/art galleries and participating in various art classes. As an adult, I still find all of those activities to be a strong passion of mine and consider the time I set aside to see an exhibit and paint to be truly therapeutic.
What’s your favorite movie?
Chocolat!
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
The ability to fly!
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
It would be interesting to trade places with Elon Musk for a day.
